Current availability and release dates

This page is the shared fact sheet for FarmLoop’s AI assistants (the in-app chat and the support helpdesk bot). Every statement is dated. No prices are listed here — for pricing, always refer customers to the shop at 3d-farmers.com.

  • Stage 1 and Stage 2: both available now. Stage 1 printable files are on the FarmLoop MakerWorld profile; the Stage 2 kit shipped on 2026-07-20, including an upgrade package for existing P/X-series kits.
  • Sold out — all current orders are pre-orders, as stated on the listing.
  • Pre-orders are expected to ship around mid-August 2026.
  • Invoice and tracking numbers are only generated when an order ships. A recent H-Series order with no invoice or tracking is normal, not lost or stuck.
  • Not supported yet. Stage 1 and Stage 2 for Snapmaker, Elegoo, and Prusa printers — FarmLoop’s first non-Bambu printers — go live in Q3 2026 (by end of September). Until launch, do not tell customers these printers can be used; point them to the newsletter for the announcement.
  • Not supported. A dual-actuator version for the A2L is planned toward end of 2026.

External power supply — new standard (August 2026)

Section titled “External power supply — new standard (August 2026)”
  • New A, P and X series kits ship with an external power supply as standard, replacing power from the printer’s AMS port. A kit arriving with a power supply (“power cube”) instead of AMS power cabling is correct, not a packaging mistake.
  • Why: in rare cases, power fluctuations on the AMS port could reset the FarmBoard mid-print — symptoms were the door opening randomly during a print or the AMS showing red lights. The external supply runs FarmLoop independently of the printer, removing that risk.
  • Existing customers who see the door open on its own or AMS red lights can order the power supply on its own from the shop.
  • H2D Pro works with the H2D Stage 2 kit (the app shows it as H2D).
  • X1E is supported by the FarmLoop app.
  • No other non-Bambu printers are supported or scheduled beyond the Snapmaker/ Elegoo/Prusa entry above.
