FarmLoop Pro: access, plans and cancelling
Getting into the app
Section titled “Getting into the app”FarmLoop Pro is a web app. There is nothing to download and nothing to install.
Open app.3d-farmers.com in any browser - on a PC, a Mac, a phone or a tablet - and log in with the account you used to subscribe. If you do not have a subscription yet, you can start one on that same page.
What each plan includes
Section titled “What each plan includes”| Lite | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Stage 1 | Yes, with a fixed cooldown and a limited number of loops | Yes |
| Stage 2 | No | Yes |
| Detachment tuning | No | Yes |
| Z-offset tuning | No | Yes |
In short: Stage 2 needs Pro. If you have bought a Stage 2 kit, you need a Pro subscription to run it - the kit and the subscription are separate purchases.
Lift Mode is a feature of the A1 and A1 Mini hardware. The P/X series and H series use push detachment and have no lift-based ejection, so Lift Mode will not appear for those printers. If you saw it demonstrated, that was on an A-series machine.
Cancelling your subscription
Section titled “Cancelling your subscription”Your subscription is not managed through Shopify, which is where most people look first. It lives in the app:
- Log in at app.3d-farmers.com
- Open Subscription in the left-hand menu
- Choose the cancel option there
Once cancelled, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it stops automatically after that. Nothing else is needed from you.
If you cannot find the option or the cancellation does not appear to go through, contact us with the email on the account and we will cancel it for you and confirm the date your access ends.
