Troubleshooting
Start here if something isn’t working with the actual FarmLoop system in action. For orders, shipping, invoices, or damaged kits, email contact@3d-farmers.com directly, we handle those by hand.

What makes a good support request
Section titled “What makes a good support request”To get you unblocked fast, please include:
- Printer model and firmware version (A1 Mini, A1, P1P, P1S, P2S, or X1C)
- Your FarmLoop firmware version (visible on the Firmware page)
- Bambu Studio version
- The
.3mffile that reproduced the issue, if you’re reporting a slicing or detachment problem - A photo if it’s a hardware or mounting issue
Attaching the .3mf file saves hours of back-and-forth, it tells us your exact slice settings, bed temp, Z-offset, and part geometry in one go.
