FarmSkool vs FarmLoop, which did I buy?

If you’re seeing “subscription” charges but aren’t sure what you signed up for, or you joined the community and thought it came with app access (or vice versa), this page is for you.

Only the Skool VIP tier includes FarmLoop Pro. Lower Skool tiers (free, standard community) do not include app access, you need a separate FarmLoop Pro subscription on top.

How to tell which subscription you have

Check your email receipts

From skool.com or billing@skool.com → you have a Skool subscription, check which tier
From 3d-farmers.com or your payment processor citing “FarmLoop Pro” → you have a standalone FarmLoop Pro subscription
Both → you’re on Skool VIP and paying twice for Pro (see below)

Check your account pages

Log in at skool.com/3dfarmers. Your tier is shown on your membership page — look for “VIP” specifically. Standard community tiers do not grant Pro.
Log in at app.3d-farmers.com, if the account shows “Pro” features unlocked, you have FarmLoop Pro (either via VIP bundle or standalone)

“I have Skool VIP but the FarmLoop app only shows Lite”

The Skool VIP → FarmLoop Pro entitlement isn’t automatic. The steps to unlock it are published inside Skool itself:

Log in to skool.com/3dfarmers
Open the FarmLoop classroom — the instructions for claiming your FarmLoop Pro app login live there
Follow those steps to create (or link) your app.3d-farmers.com account

If you’ve followed the classroom steps and the app still shows Lite, email contact@3d-farmers.com with both email addresses (Skool + FarmLoop app) and we’ll link them manually within 1 business day.

”I’m paying for both, can I cancel one?”

Yes. Since Skool VIP already includes FarmLoop Pro, the standalone FarmLoop subscription is redundant. Email us with both receipts (from Skool and from 3d-farmers.com) and we’ll:

Cancel the standalone FarmLoop Pro
Refund any recent duplicate charges
Keep your Skool VIP active so nothing in the app changes

Why are there two products at all?

FarmLoop Pro is just the software / hardware automation, for people who only want the eject functionality.
Skool VIP is a broader community + training package, and we bundle Pro into it to reward VIP members.

Most people start with FarmLoop Pro. Some graduate into Skool VIP once they want courses / community / CAD training on top. You’re not “supposed” to buy both.
